The Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) hosted its 36th annual Sell-a-bration® from February 29 to March 2, 2024, at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. This event brought together top-producing real estate agents from across the United States and ten other countries, offering them the opportunity to enhance their professional networks and skills. Attendees engaged in pre-conference courses led by CRS Certified Instructors on critical topics such as evolving buyers brokerage agreements and navigating divorcing customers. The conference featured 28 educational sessions curated by an advisory panel, aimed at providing valuable insights and strategies for the current market. Keynote speakers like Kyle Scheele and Jeff Henderson inspired attendees with their unique approaches and personal stories of overcoming adversity.
Sell-a-bration® 2024 also included several opportunities for networking and celebration. Highlights included the inaugural CRS Commencement ceremony, recognizing over 40 new designees, and a Night Out in Las Vegas, sponsored by RRC Nevada. According to Tricia Nekota, the 2024 RRC President, the event embodied the community spirit, innovation, and excellence of RRC members. It served as a vital platform for education and networking, addressing industry challenges and fostering growth. Looking ahead, the 2025 Sell-a-bration® will be held at the Omni Nashville from March 17 to 19, continuing the tradition of advancing the real estate profession.
