Exploring the Future of High Breed Learning: CRS Asia’s First RRC CRS Designation Course – RRC Advance Practices in Real Estate (APRE)

In the heart of the bustling Philippines, from June 3-6, 2024, a groundbreaking event unfolded at the Sheraton Manila Hotel. CRS Asia proudly hosted its inaugural RRC CRS Designation Course focusing on RRC Advanced Practices in Real Estate (APRE), blending the best of both worlds: a seamless fusion of virtual Zoom sessions and engaging live course training. The course was led by Furhad Waquad, a REALTOR® with 33 years of experience specializing in residential and investment properties. Furhad Waquad is a Global Instructor who has taught at the last three International REALTOR® Conferences, of which NAR is a Strategic Partner, including the 2015 conference in Manila, Philippines; the 2016 conference in Seoul, Korea; and the 2017 conference in Bangkok, Thailand. He has also taught in Cambodia, Thailand, Mongolia, Dubai, and the Philippines as recently as 2024.

The Advanced Practices in Real Estate provides an excellent foundation for residential sales training and provides credit towards the elite CRS Designation. This four-part program identifies the successful systems and strategies used globally.

REBAP Mandaluyong Chapter joined forces with the US based Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) as partner service provider of the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation and its certification programs.

This partnership is in line with REBAP Mandaluyong’s vision and purpose to provide quality education to real estate practitioners that will assist the members to be globally competitive.

In partnership with REBAP Mandaluyong City, Jeff Hornberger the CEO of RRC in Chicago, Shonee Alzona Henry the RRC Director & International Business Developer, Miss Janette Hernandez the Founder of Rebap Mandaluyong City Chapter and the Past National President of Rebap Inc., and Mr. Eugenio Tamayo III, Ph.D. the REBAP National Treasurer, CRS Asia orchestrated a transformative educational experience. Participants from across Asia converged, physically and virtually, to explore the intricacies of risk and compliance in real estate.

The Blend of Zoom and Live Course Training
