RRC has a 20-year track record and footprint in dozens of countries in bringing the CRS gold standard overseas. June is a pivotal month in our international activities for 3 reasons:

1. Participation in the United Nations of real estate. National and RRC-FL leaders are currently attending the FIABCI world congress in Miami connecting with US and global members. As a proud principal member of FIABCI, being part of a truly global organization that puts countries on equal footing and mutual respect compliments our values and vision, which is to be the gold standard of residential real estate globally. In the USA, we are proud to claim the FIABCI-USA President, Carla Rayman Kidd, Speaker, REALTOR(R), Real Estate Sarasota Florida, as one of our very own CRS’s since 2017!
2. Our international anchor in Spain. Inmocionate, or the “Spain Sell-a-bration”, happens for the 13th time later this month in Granada. Spain is our most established partnership and over the past decades we’ve enjoyed a thriving partnership — thanks to their efforts, partnerships have germinated from there in Europe and Latin America. This year we will send a USA delegation to learn, network and do business.
3. Bringing Asia into the CRS family. We’ve been busy in Asia this year. Shonee Alzona Henry is leading efforts in forging tried and trusted partnerships in the Middle East, Thailand and Indonesia — with more to be announced soon. With only 6 months under our belts, much progress is being made with courses scheduled later this Summer and Fall; and current offerings in Korea now. Our top-notch partners will work collaboratively to provide courses, certifications, and establish in-country networks as we build an infrastructure there.
